What it does
Big decisions go wrong in the same few ways: too little checking on a choice you cannot undo, too much on one you can, a pressure you did not see, or a lesson from last time that nobody wrote down. A checklist helps, but only if it is run, and only if it is kept up to date. This agent keeps the checklist and the record. For each new decision, it first asks how hard the choice is to undo. A choice you can reverse gets a light check. A choice you cannot gets a check for pressure, the best case against it and, where money or your name is at stake, a test for what could ruin you. Then it runs your checklist. If a stop item fails, it asks for the missing facts and runs it again, at most twice. When the review date comes, it judges the…

How to use it
- Start a chat with the agent. In Claude Code, add it as a skill or save it in .claude/agents, then give it the decision.
- Answer its questions on facts it marks as unknown. It may ask twice.
- Make the call yourself. It saves the decision with a review date.
- On the review date, give it what happened. Say yes or no to each change it proposes for your checklist.
