What it does
A list of ten growth ideas usually gets argued about, and the loudest one wins. Without a shared way to rank them, the team ends up testing whatever someone feels strongly about, and the results never feed back into the list. This skill puts every idea on one list, gathers ideas from across the team, and scores each for impact (how much it could move the number), confidence (how sure you are, and why) and ease (how fast and cheap it is to try). It averages the scores, sorts, writes one test per top idea with a measure and a stop date, and sets the order of the quickest tests first. After the tests, it re-scores the list with what you learned.
You give it
- Your list of ideas, from everyone who has them
- What you know so far, such as results from earlier checks

- Your question (optional)
- Your lessons (optional)
You get
- Each idea scored for impact, confidence and ease, with a reason for each score
