What it does
Most people can say what they spent last month in money to the pound, but not where last Tuesday went. Hours leave in small pieces: a meeting that was not needed, an inbox check, a favour you could not refuse. Nobody sends a bill, so nobody notices. This skill borrows the idea of an account book. It lists every block of the week and marks it as chosen by you, taken by another person, or taken by habit. It adds up each pile and asks who gains from the biggest takers. Then it picks one hour a day that is yours, ties it to a real work item, and swaps every "later" for a dated first step.
You give it
- Last week's calendar, or a plain list of what you did each day
- The work you most want to make progress on
- Fixed commitments you cannot move, such as a school run or a shift (optional)
- Your usual working hours (optional)
You get
- Every block sorted into chosen, taken by others, or taken by habit
- Hours added up in each pile
- Your three biggest takers, with what each costs you and who gains
- One protected hour a day, tied to a named piece of work, and dated first steps
Use it when
- You end most weeks sure you were busy, but not sure what you got done.
- Your calendar is full of things other people put there.
- You keep saying you will start the important thing when you have time.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste last week's calendar or write out your days, even roughly. Add the one piece of work you most want to move.
- Answer any question it asks about a block it cannot sort.
- Put the protected hour in your calendar before you close the chat.
- Run it again in a week and compare the piles.
