What it does
Natural customer groups found in your data and described in a way you can act on. Say what decision the groups should inform, such as a campaign, a roadmap or a retention plan, and the AI picks three to seven behaviours to compare. It runs k-means clustering with a helper script, then profiles each group by how far above or below average it sits on each trait. It checks the groups are truly different using a silhouette score above 0.3, and that they make business sense. Each group gets a strategy: retain and expand, monetise, activate, win back or sunset. You need user-level data and a way to run Python.
You give it
- User-level data with behaviour and plan details
- What the groups will be used for
- Variables you think matter (optional)
- A buyer brief (optional)
You get
- Customer groups found in the data
- A profile for each group
- A validity check on the groups
- A recommended strategy per group
Use it when
- Marketing wants different messages for different customers and has no groups.
- You suspect your best customers share a pattern.
- Churn is rising and you need to spot at-risk users.
- Your current customer segments feel arbitrary.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code.
