What it does
A scored list of customer accounts most likely to leave, each with a suggested next step. You share usage, engagement and support data, and every account gets a score from 0 (healthy) to 100 (about to go). It starts by choosing the warning signs that matter for your business, such as logins falling by half, a rise in support tickets, a drop in satisfaction scores, a champion who left, or a renewal date getting close. Each signal is weighted, with usage decline counting most. Accounts then fall into four tiers: critical, high, medium and low. For each tier you get a specific plan, from a call with a senior sponsor to a light check-in.
You give it
- Usage data per account
- Support ticket history
- Billing and renewal dates
- Satisfaction scores (optional)
You get
- A risk score per account
- Four risk tiers
- Key signals for each account
- A recommended action per tier
Use it when
- Renewals are coming up and you do not know which accounts are shaky.
- You have a usage export and want to know who needs a call this week.
- Your support team sees rising tickets from one customer.
- You need a clear reason to ask for time from a sales or success lead.
How to use it
