What it does
Which accounts are healthy, which are about to leave and which are ready to grow? Give it your customer data and you get a health score, a churn risk and an upsell score for each account. Three small Python tools do the maths with no outside services. The health score weighs usage, engagement and support. The churn check looks at falling usage, quieter contacts, support trouble, relationship signals and the contract end date. The expansion score looks at unused seats, plan tier and which modules and departments could be added. Results are repeatable because the same data always gives the same score. Needs Python.
