What it does
Describe the species and reactions in your biological system, and get a working SimBiology model written as MATLAB code, with a diagram if you want one. You no longer need to click through the Model Builder by hand or guess function names. The skill covers compartments, species, reactions, parameters, rules, events, doses and variants. It loads helper scripts first, then builds the model in steps. It only opens the Model Builder app when you ask for a visual, or when you hand it a project file whose layout must be kept. Modifying an existing model works the same way. It needs MATLAB with SimBiology.
