What it does
A meeting that "went well" often ends with "Looks great, let me know when it launches." That is a compliment and a stall. It feels like a lead, and it costs the person nothing, so it tells you nothing. Pipelines fill with zombie leads, people who stay friendly and never buy. This skill asks what the person gave up. It uses three currencies: time (a clear next meeting, a real trial), reputation (an intro to a boss, a testimonial) and money (a deposit, a pre-order, a letter of intent). It sets the right size of ask for your stage, writes the exact words, and turns fuzzy promises into specific ones. It then sorts each lead into real, stalled or dead, so a "no" counts as useful data.
You give it
- What you have today, such as an idea, a prototype or a product
- What each person said or did at the end of the meeting
- What you'd like to happen next, if you know (optional)
- Notes sorted by the Customer conversation notes sorter (optional)
- Audit report (optional)
You get
- The commitment to ask for, in time, reputation or money, sized to your stage
- The exact words to ask, and a fallback if they say no
- Each reply sorted into compliment, stall, fuzzy promise or real commitment
- A verdict on each lead, and the one question that settles it
Use it when
- You finish meetings with praise and no clear next step.
- People say "I'd definitely buy that" and then go quiet.
- You have a list of leads and can't tell which are real.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Say what you have today and who you are meeting or have met.
- Paste what each person said at the end, word for word if you can.
- Use the ask it writes in your next meeting, before you leave the room.
- Record the answer, yes or no, and bring it back to update the verdict.
