What it does
After a batch of talks it is tempting to count the nice things people said. But a pile of compliments is not evidence. People are kind, and they guess badly about their own future. What counts is what they did, what they tried, and what they gave up to show they care. This skill sets what you believed against what happened. Each belief is marked supported, weakened, untested or wrong, using only facts and commitments. It looks for traps: the wrong people, a group that is too broad, a risk that sits in your product and not the market, and meetings that were just going through the motions. It then makes a call, keep going, change or stop, with a reason and a rule for when to stop. It ends with your next three questions and conversations.
You give it
- What you believed before the talks, and your big questions
- Your notes, ideally already sorted by the Customer conversation notes sorter
- What people committed to, if anything (time, introductions or money)
- How many people you talked to, and which types (optional)
You get
- Each belief marked supported, weakened, untested or wrong, with the evidence
- The traps that may be skewing what you heard
- A keep going, change or stop call, with the reason and a stop rule
- Your next three questions and the next three conversations to have
Use it when
- You've done five or so customer talks and don't know what they add up to.
- Everyone seemed positive but nobody has paid, booked or introduced you.
- You need to tell a partner or investor what you've really learned.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Write what you believed before the talks, as plainly as you can, even if you've changed your mind since.
- Paste your sorted notes and say what anyone committed to.
- Read the call and the traps, then decide. The call is a recommendation, not a ruling.
- Book the next three conversations it suggests before you close the chat.
