What it does
Many stores grow because the founder posts, then stall because the founder cannot post more. Sales rise in the weeks you post a lot and flatten when life gets busy. Hiring a team can fix that, but only if posting really drives your sales and you can pay for it. This skill checks that first. It lines up your sales by week next to your posts by week, then plans the smallest team that fits your budget: who to hire, how often to film, how to keep every clip in one drive, and how to pay editors by results. It sets a spending limit for the first 90 days. If the link between posts and sales is weak, or your team is tiny, it stops early and tells you.
You give it
- How many posts you make per week and who makes them
- Your sales by week next to your posts by week (a sheet is best)
- Your monthly budget for content
- Footage that already exists, and where it lives (optional)
- Any discount codes or tracked links you have used on posts (optional)
You get
- A plain verdict on whether sales follow your posting, and how sure it is
- A hire plan, a filming rhythm and a footage drive layout
- An editor pay plan and a spending limit for 90 days
Use it when
- You are the only person posting and your sales dip when you stop.
- You can afford to pay a creator or editors but do not know who to hire first.
- You have old footage in many places and want one system before you hire anyone.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your weekly sales and weekly posts for as many weeks as you have, and say which weeks had a post that did unusually well.
- Tell it your monthly content budget and how many hours the person on camera has.
- Read the sales check first. If it says the link is weak, follow the shorter plan it gives you.
- Run the plan for 90 days, then bring back new sales and posting numbers and run it again.
