What it does
Hundreds of customers can be tagged or untagged in one pass instead of one by one in the admin. Tags drive your discounts, email groups and support rules, so getting them right in bulk saves hours. You choose who to change, either with a search such as total spent over 500 or with a list of customer IDs. You say which tags to add and which to remove. The skill first shows who matches and what each tag set will become. It stops if more people match than your size cap, so a wrong filter cannot touch the whole store. Merge mode keeps existing tags. Replace mode overwrites them, so check the preview closely. Needs access to your Shopify store.
