What it does
A short alert list you can read every day. It sweeps your open deals and reports only what changed or crossed a line: quiet deals, slipping close dates, renewals opening soon, competitors named, and buyers waiting on a reply. You pick the scope, such as your own pipeline, a tier of accounts or your team, and the period, which defaults to seven days. Thresholds come from your own sales cycle, since a 14-day silence means little in a 90-day deal. It reads the CRM, plus email and call notes where connected. If a source is missing, that check is skipped and the digest says so.
You give it
- Scope: your pipeline, a tier or a team
- Time period (optional)
- CRM data or an export from two dates
- Your usual sales cycle length (optional)
You get
- Short alert list ranked by urgency
- Quiet and slipping deals
- Upcoming renewals
- Competitor mentions
Use it when
- You want a Monday list of deals that need attention.
- You keep missing renewals until it is too late.
- A competitor shows up in calls and you want to catch it early.
- Your manager asks which deals changed since last week.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can read your CRM, email and calendar.
