What it does
A plan for an event that fills the room and leads to real sales conversations, whether you host, sponsor, speak or just attend. It starts with your role, one main goal and who must be in the room. Then it helps you pick events by pipeline value, since a few events usually produce most of the results. The plan follows one arc: the event is about 20 percent of the work, and the rest is before and after. Before means a target list and meetings booked ahead. After means fast follow-up and reusing the content. Separate guides cover webinars, sponsorship return and speaking.
