What it does
A written marketing plan for your business with a 90-day roadmap and a 12-month outlook, laid out by funnel stage so every move has a place and an owner. It works in three phases. First it researches your business and asks you questions. Then it walks you through 13 sections one at a time: summary, strategy, where you are now, and plans for getting noticed, signing up, staying, referring and paying. Finally it joins them up and checks the result. The 90-day roadmap runs in four blocks, from clearing blockers to building speed. It also picks a north-star number to track and lists decisions still waiting on you.
