What it does
A list of features with dates tells a team what to ship, not what to fix. The team is judged on delivery, and nobody asks whether the change helped. When the date moves, the whole plan feels broken. This skill turns the list into problems for named customers, with one number for each that shows it got better. It groups the items into three to five problems, notes who owns whether people want it and whether the business can run it, and swaps fixed dates for review points that say what evidence you need before moving on.
You give it
- Your list of features, tasks or requests, with any dates
- Who asked for each item, if you know (optional)
- Findings from earlier checks on the ideas (optional)
- Audit report (optional)
- Your question (optional)
You get
- Each item marked as a feature, a problem or a result
- Three to five problems, each for a named customer
- One measurable result per problem
- Review points in place of dates, with the evidence each needs
Use it when
- Your plan is a long list of features ranked by a deadline.
- Your team ships on time and nothing seems to improve.
- A boss or client has handed you a list of requests and you need to find the goals behind them.
How to use it

- Paste your list as it is, dates and all. Add who asked for each item if you know.
- Name the customers you serve. If you are not sure, say so.
- Pick the results it suggests and make sure someone can pull each number.
