What it does
Most plans start at today and hope to arrive. They look fine until one date slips and nobody can say what moves with it. A plan with numbers in it can also look right because a spreadsheet or tool produced it, when nobody has checked it another way. This skill fixes the end first and writes it once. It then works backwards, step by step, to the first thing you do this week. It solves two cases in full, compares the results from two methods, nudges each key input to see how far the answer moves, and writes a backup route. The score counts how many of six checks your original plan passes.
You give it
- Your goal, and the date or limit you must meet
- Your current plan, even rough
- The numbers behind the plan, such as costs, hours or volumes (optional)
- Your question (optional)
You get
- The plan rebuilt from the end point back to the first step
- A second-method check with the gap between the two answers explained
- A table of small input changes and how far each moves the result
- A return path, a backup, and a score out of 100 with how it was worked out
Use it when
- You have a launch date, budget or forecast and nobody has checked it a second way.
- Your plan starts with "first we" and never says what has to be true the week before the end.
- You trust a tool's number and want to know if it holds up.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your goal, the date and your plan. Add the numbers if you have them.
- Read the rebuilt plan first, then the gap between the two methods.
- Fix the steps marked as one-miss-ends-it, then run the skill again on the new plan.
