What it does
A clear pick of which country to enter next, and how to enter it. You name the markets you are considering, and the skill scores each one so the choice is not a gut call. Scoring covers market size, competition, rules and red tape, cultural distance, any demand you already have, and how hard day-to-day operations would be. Next it picks an entry route, from selling remotely, to a local partner, to hiring in country, to setting up a company. The usual path is to start light and add commitment as revenue grows. A checklist covers what to localise: language, prices, payment methods and legal terms. You also get a note on the rules to confirm with an expert.
