What it does

Six hard questions you must answer in writing before any advice is given. They test whether your idea has a real problem, a named buyer and a way to reach them. The questions cover the problem in your customer's own words, one real person who would buy today, how they first hear your name, what stops a copycat in six months, what it costs and how fast it pays back, and what you would do if this fails. Weak answers get pushed back, for example, "we will do marketing later" counts as no answer. Only after all six does it give a view. Use it before fundraising, a pivot or a big bet.
