What it does
Stars under a Shopping ad and a trusted store badge help shoppers pick you over a lookalike. Both depend on real reviews and on how your store compares with others in your country. Many stores never apply, or apply and wait without knowing what Google needs. This skill checks eligibility for product ratings first: one course says at least 50 reviews in total and at least 3 on any product that should show stars. It then picks a route for sending reviews, and checks your store against five quality areas: browsing, purchase, shipping, returns and store ratings. It lists the easy fixes first. It only works with real reviews from real customers. These numbers come from one course, so check them on Google's current help page.
