What it does
Most new accounts fail by doing too much at once. They start every campaign type on a small budget, set a bid strategy before there is any data, and let Google fill the account with cheap actions that aren't sales. Then nothing gets enough data to learn. This skill gives one default launch order and shows the other orders as "if" choices, because the sources disagree on small details. It starts with Shopping and brand, adds remarketing and feed-only Performance Max after purchases build up, and leaves Demand Gen for last. It sets the budget split, the settings every campaign needs, and the point where each bid strategy changes. It also tells you when not to launch yet.
You give it
- Your monthly Google budget, and monthly Meta or TikTok spend if you run them
- Number of products and your hero product
- Average order value, margin and break-even CPA
- Purchases per month from Google so far, and conversions per day today
- Merchant Center status (connected or not) and whether purchase tracking is clean
- Your results (optional)
- Audit report (optional)
You get
- A ready or not yet verdict, with the fixes to make first
- The launch order with the signal that starts each step
- A daily budget for each campaign and a 30, 60 and 90 day sequence
- A bid plan with the points where you change strategy
Use it when
- You are about to run Google Ads for your store for the first time.
- Your account has too many campaigns for its budget and none gets enough sales.
- You want to know when to move from manual bids to a smart bid strategy.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your budget, order value, margin and number of products. Add break-even CPA if you have it.
- Say how many purchases Google has counted so far, and whether purchase tracking and Merchant Center are working.
- If the skill says not yet, fix those items before spending.
- Follow the stages in order, and use the builder for each campaign type when you reach it.
