What it does
Shopping campaigns drift. A few products eat the budget without selling, the best sellers run short of money, and junk search terms creep in. Without a routine, you either touch everything every day and reset learning, or you touch nothing. This skill reads one week of Shopping data and sorts every product into an action: negative, feed fix, bid change or budget. It reads impression share the way the courses do: lost to budget or lost to rank, and compares impression share with click share to tell a money problem from a quality problem. It also checks rival prices when click-through falls. You get a short weekly edit list and a score that shows how much spend sits on products and terms that are not earning.
You give it
- A Shopping export at product level with spend, clicks, conversions and ROAS, for the last 7 and 30 days
- The search terms report
- Search impression share, lost to rank, lost to budget and click share
- Your target ROAS or CPA
- Brand brain (optional)
You get
- A product action list covering negative, feed fix, bid and budget
- Search term negatives to add
- A bid or budget change with the expected effect
- A weekly edit list and a waste score out of 100
Use it when
- You run Standard Shopping and want a weekly routine that fits into an hour.
- A product is getting clicks and spending but not selling, and you need to decide if it is the feed, the price or the product.
- Your best sellers feel starved of budget and you suspect money is going to the wrong products.
