Human review gate
Finish AI work. Get a one-page review you sign off before anything counts as done, with proof it happened.
Human review gate is a free AI skill for the job "Test and fix code". Give the instructions to an AI assistant that supports the required files and tools, then review its output.

What it does
A sign-off step that stops AI work from counting as done until a named person has looked at it. Finish a plan or document and get a one-page review the reviewer marks up, with a record that proves it happened. Machine tests answer whether checks pass. This answers whether a person looked and whether their objections are settled. Comments pin to exact text and carry a severity grade. Feedback saves into a file that scripts can read, so every item is countable. A gate closes only when no objections are open, and it refuses if the reviewer is a vague team rather than a person. It needs Python.
You give it
- The plan or document to review (Markdown or HTML)
- The name of the reviewer
- Whether the work can be undone
- Python on your computer
You get
- A one-page review view with anchored comments
- Feedback saved as a countable file
- A pass or fail gate status
- A record that the review took place
Use it when
- An AI agent finished a plan and you want a person to approve it before it ships.
- You need proof that someone reviewed a document, for audit or compliance.
- Reviewers give feedback in chat and items get lost.
- You work over a server connection and need review without a web app.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code and read your project files.
