Get a pull request reviewed, fixed and signed off with nothing left open
Give it an open pull request. Get risks ranked, comments fixed in code and a signed review.

What it does
A pull request often stalls in the middle. The review is shallow or buried in a long list, the comments sit unanswered, and in the end it is merged on a quick glance. Nobody can say what was checked. The steps close that gap. The first reads the change and ranks the risks by how much they matter, including what it could break outside its own files. You pick the findings worth raising and post them as comments on the pull request. The second step reads those comments, numbers them, asks which to fix and updates the code. The third builds a one-page review of the finished change, collects your notes, and refuses to close while a blocker is open or no named person has looked.
You give it
- The open pull request, as a link or branch name
- Access to the project code
- Your name, or the person who signs off
You get
- A ranked list of risks, from security and breaking changes to slow queries and missing tests
- Fixes in the code for the comments you choose
- A one-page review with your notes sorted into blockers and small points
- A sign-off record that names the reviewer and what was checked
Use it when
- A pull request is open and a quick glance would not be enough.
- You have review comments waiting and no time to work through them.
- You need a record that a person looked before the change went in.
Steps
- Pull request risk reviewer: Give it a pull request. Get issues ranked by severity, security notes and clear review comments.
- Review comment fixer: Point it at your open pull request. Get each reviewer comment handled and the code updated.
- Human review gate: Finish AI work. Get a one-page review you sign off before anything counts as done, with proof it happened.
How to use it
- Download the handoff pack. It's a zip with HANDOFF.md and every skill file this workflow uses.
- Open your project in Claude Code, give it the folder and say "Follow HANDOFF.md".
- Give it the pull request. Read the ranked risks and post the ones you agree with as comments on the pull request.
- Tell it which numbered comments to fix. Check the changes.
- Open the review page, mark your notes as blockers or small points, then close it under your name.
