What it does
Icons fail in small ways. One has a joke nobody gets, another is too detailed at small size, and a third looks like it came from a different set. Fixing them one by one after the fact costs more than planning the set once. This skill lists the meaning of every icon, sets the grid, stroke and colour limits, and collects references people already know. It plans three different drawings per meaning, cuts puns and local words, checks the set as one family and writes a test you can run with five people. You get a plan to hand to a designer.
You give it

- Where they will appear and the smallest size
- Your brand file or style rules (optional)
