What it does
Most launch failures are not inside a part. They happen at the joins, where one part hands data, timing or priority to another. A system, a team, a supplier and a plan each work on their own and still fail together. Fixing the parts does not fix the joins. This skill lists every part, including people, hardware and plans, and marks each place two parts meet and what crosses. It checks that every job has its own priority, that the overload plan says what is dropped and what is kept, that every change has a reason and an approver, and that one person reads the final package by eye. It then scores readiness out of 100 and plans a full run-through with a real person in the loop.
You give it
- What is launching, the date and what success looks like
- The parts, teams and suppliers involved, as far as you know them
- Change records, plans or earlier problems (optional)
You get
- A list of parts and every join between them, with what crosses each
- A readiness score out of 100 and how it was worked out
- The priority and overload plan, and gaps in change control
- A run-through plan and who reads the final package
Use it when
- You are about to launch something that cannot be undone easily.
- You are moving to a new system, supplier or process.
- Several teams own parts of the same release and no one owns the joins.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Describe the launch and list the parts and teams. Add what you worry about most.
- Fill in any joins it marks as missing before you trust the score.
- Fix the weakest join first, then ask it to score again.
- Run the full run-through it plans with a real person before launch.
