What it does
A yes or no on whether your CRM's source fields are good enough to link leads to the ads that brought them. Give it CRM rows and ad history rows, plus a binding that says which CRM fields join to which ad account, platform and entity type. Joins are never guessed from a bare ID. It measures how complete and consistent the fields are, then returns one verdict per field: propose, corroborate, reject, capture missing or pre-window. Only counts, rates and shape summaries are kept, never raw customer rows. It does not prove causal attribution. It needs Node to run the checks and the thresholds you set.
You give it
- CRM lead rows with source fields
- Ad history rows
- A mapping of CRM fields to ad accounts
- Your acceptance thresholds
You get
- A verdict per field
- Fill and consistency rates
- Gaps in what is captured
- Counts you can share without customer data
Use it when
- You suspect your lead source field is blank or messy.
- You want to know if campaign IDs in your CRM match your ad platform.
- You are deciding whether to fix tracking before building attribution.
- Your agency says attribution is hard and you want evidence.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run Node code and read your CRM export.
