What it does
The numbers for a lease on your books: the liability, the right-of-use asset and the entries for each year. Give the contract terms. The skill first checks whether it is a lease at all, then settles the lease term, which payments count and which discount rate applies. It calculates the liability as the present value of unpaid payments, builds the asset from that plus prepaid costs and incentives, and runs an interest schedule. It follows IFRS 16 or ASC 842, including the difference for operating leases, and checks the short-term and low-value exemptions. Review results with your accountant before you post anything.
