What it does
A four-meeting plan for a teaching team to study one problem in their own classrooms, from first question to shared findings. You skip the guesswork about what each meeting should produce. Give it the teaching challenge, the topic, who is on the team and how much time you have. It sets the research goal, then plans the lesson together with the team. It writes a research lesson plan, an observation guide that follows three case students, and questions for the talk after the lesson. The last meeting turns what you saw into notes the whole school can use.
