What it does
Before you sell a company, you need to know who might buy it. This builds a ranked list of likely buyers, with a reason each one fits and a sensible order to call them. Start by describing the company: sector, revenue, profit, growth, assets and what the seller wants. The skill then finds strategic buyers in four groups: direct rivals, neighbours in adjacent markets, customers or suppliers, and platform builders. It then adds financial sponsors. Each buyer is scored on fit, ability to pay and deal history, then sorted into three waves of outreach. Contact names are mapped last.
