What it does
A step-by-step plan for building a website that gets visitors to act, with the words settled before the looks. Describe your business and you are walked through ten phases, saved in a plan file you can pick up again later. The order is fixed: first who the site is for and its one job, then the message with your customer as the hero, then making it memorable. After that come visual design, type, consistency and ease of use. The last phases fix why people do not convert, capture those not ready to buy, and run a final review. Each phase ends with a draft you approve. Every claim, testimonial and guarantee must be true.
