What it does
Spot why people stall on your page or flow, and fix it. Give it a screen, checkout or sign-up and you get a marked-up list of friction points in layout, defaults, order of steps and cues, each with a clearer replacement. It first pins down who the user is, the single action you want, and your limits such as accessibility. Then it traces the path step by step, looking for too many choices, hidden next steps, weak defaults and moments where effort rises. Fixes borrow from choice design: fewer options, a better first step, clear cues. It treats psychology as a guide to test, not proof, so each change is meant to be A/B tested.
