What it does
The one thing holding your store back, named, with fixes ranked by payoff. You give it your numbers on cash, stock, shipping and customer cost, and it shows where money is stuck or leaking. The skill is built for Shopify and direct-to-consumer shops. It sets out your cost structure, such as payment fees, advertising share, warehouse fees and returns. It then checks four areas: cash flow, inventory, shipping costs and what it costs to win a customer compared with what a customer is worth. It compares the results with healthy ranges for stores like yours, picks the biggest bottleneck, and lists fixes in order of impact, starting with the easiest.
