What it does
A good story from a person you cannot trust is a bad deal. The people behind something decide whether the plan is carried out, whether bad news reaches you and whether your interests count. Pitches show ability. They rarely show honesty, reliability or how someone behaves when it costs them. This skill separates four things: can they do it, will they be straight with you when it hurts, will they do what they said, and do they carry the risk like owners. It looks at pay and past conduct, asks for evidence from people they did not choose as references, and says where one failure rules the person out whatever else is true.
You give it
- The people involved and their roles
- What you know of their record and how they are paid
- The result of the circle and staying power checks (optional)
- Your question (optional)
You get
- A rating on ability, honesty, reliability and owner mindset
- The pay structure and what it bends
- Questions to ask people they did not choose
- A verdict: trust, trust with checks or do not trust
Use it when
- You are about to hire, partner with or hand money to someone you only know from a pitch.
- A manager or adviser is very persuasive and you want to test the person.
- You inherit a team and want to know who to rely on.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- List the people and paste what you know: bios, claims, how they are paid.
- Note the sources: which facts you checked and which you were told.
- Ask the questions it writes of people they did not name as references.
