What it does
Cheap tests for a new product idea, each with a clear pass mark, so you learn if people want it before you build it. The skill turns your idea into an XYZ hypothesis: at least X percent of Y will do Z. It then suggests two or three low-effort tests such as a landing page, an explainer video, an email campaign, a pre-order or waitlist, or doing the service by hand. It follows Alberto Savoia's rules: ask for real commitment, not opinions, and collect your own data rather than relying on market reports. Each test gets its measure and its pass line.
