What it does
Most early plans test whatever is easy: a logo, a landing page, a prototype. The guess that sinks the idea, such as whether anyone will pay, is often left until last. This skill lists the guesses your idea depends on and ranks them by how bad it would be to be wrong and how little you know. It designs the smallest test for the top one, sets pass and fail numbers before you start and plans the run with one customer group at a time. It ends with a rule for what to do if the test passes, fails or lands in between.
