What it does
Plans to add AI to a job usually start from the tool: where can we use it? That gets you automation of whatever is easy, and sometimes of the part of the job people care about most. It rarely asks which tasks wear people down or put them at risk. This skill starts from the job. It breaks the role into tasks, not the whole job, and marks the tasks that drain time, tire people or put them at risk. It picks those where AI can take the load and leaves the human work to people. A person stays in charge of each decision that matters. It asks who builds the AI, who checks it, and who could be left out or harmed, and it sets how to test the change with the people who do the job.
You give it
- The role, who does it and a typical week
- Where people lose time, get tired or face risk (optional)
- What data or tools the role uses (optional)
You get

- People in a role are overloaded and you suspect much of it is routine.
- You need to show that a plan to use AI protects people and their judgment.
How to use it
