What it does
Eight markdown files that take a one-line software idea to a plan you can build from: the idea, market research, product analysis, system design, feature specs, screens, build phases and a step-by-step playbook, plus a README linking them. It confirms the idea first, asking two quick questions on audience and business model if you gave only a topic. Then it runs the stages in order, saving each file to a folder. Analysis uses a business model canvas, a SWOT and a product-market fit check. After each stage it summarises and asks if you want to skip or expand. The files are made to load into Claude Code.
You give it
- Your idea in one line
- Who it is for (optional)
- How it will make money (optional)
You get
- Eight stage files in markdown
- Market research and product analysis
- System design and feature specs
- A build playbook with phases
Use it when
- You have a software idea in one sentence and no plan yet.
- You want research and a feature list before you spend money on code.
- You plan to build with Claude Code and need a clear set of files to feed it.
- You want to compare your idea with rivals and see the risks.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can save files to a folder. It ends with a pointer to the author's paid web app, which you can ignore.
