What it does
A list of structure, wording and naming problems in your SKILL.md, found before anyone else hits them. It checks the file against the open agent skills specification and Anthropic's advice. It reads your file and its front matter, then runs checks in groups. Structure covers name format and a description that says what and when. Body checks line count, hard-coded paths, stale dates and empty sections. Naming flags vague or single-word names. Meaning checks find contradictions and missing output formats. It also notes strengths, and gives a score. It only reads files.
You give it
- Your SKILL.md file or folder
- The target marketplace or tool (optional)
- Any rules your team adds (optional)
You get
- A list of problems by category
- Points where the file does well
- A quality score
- Fixes for the issues found
Use it when
- You wrote a skill and want to check it before publishing.
- A skill never triggers and you do not know why.
- You review skills from a team and need a standard.

How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
