What it does
A text that runs one character over 160 is billed twice. An image text can cost two to three times as much as a plain one. A text sent at 7 am, or to someone who never agreed to texts, can break the rules. These are small things that cost money or cause trouble, and they are easy to miss. This skill checks one text or one flow against a fixed list. It counts the characters and billed parts, works out the cost of the send, runs a break-even test if you use an image, and flags the rules: opt-in, send hours, one text per abandonment event, opt-out wording and smart sending. It also asks whether the news is urgent enough for a text. This is not legal advice, and rules vary by country and carrier.
You give it
- The text itself, exactly as it will be sent
- Your list size and cost per text
- The send day, time and time zone
- Which flow or campaign it belongs to, and how people opted in (optional)
- Revenue from your last text with and without an image (optional)
- Plan (optional)
- Your results (optional)
You get
- The character count and the number of billed parts
- The cost of the send, with the sum
- A break-even result for an image text, if you use one
- Rule flags, with a fix for each, and a send-readiness score out of 100
Use it when
- You wrote a text and want to check it before you send it to your whole list.
- You are about to add images to your texts and want to know if they pay.
- You set up a flow text, such as an abandoned cart text, and want to confirm it follows the rules.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste the text exactly as it will go out, with the link and the opt-out line.
- Add list size, cost per text, send time and time zone, and how people opted in.
- Fix every Stop flag first, then the rest in order.
- Run it again on the fixed text before you send.
