What it does
Shoppers do not study your store. They scan, and ask what it reminds them of. A clip-art look, flashing badges or stock photos remind them of a scam. A premium price on a cheap-looking page sends a mixed message. A casual voice on the site and a formal one in emails makes the store feel like two companies. This skill checks both sides. First, the three-second scan of each asset: what it reminds a scanner of, who it attracts and who it repels. Second, a list of every touchpoint from first visit to repeat purchase, with the name, tagline, voice and call to action at each. It scores five areas out of 100 and shows the sum. The score measures fit and consistency, not quality or sales. A consistent weak brand scores well. Confirm with five target shoppers before paying for a redesign.
You give it
- Your homepage, a product page, the cart and thank-you page, as screenshots or links
- A welcome email, a shipping email and your support replies
- Your packaging, inserts, social profiles and main ad
- Your promise and audience, and your brand file if you have one
- Five stores your audience trusts and five they distrust (optional)
- Brand brain (optional)
- A draft (optional)
You get
- A score out of 100 and how it was worked out, now and with the fixes made
- A signal-by-signal list of what each asset reminds a scanner of, who it attracts and who it repels
- A touchpoint list with the main message, voice and look at each
- A fix list, ordered by how many shoppers see each problem, with owners
Use it when
- Your site, emails and pack were made at different times and you suspect they no longer match.
- You are about to spend on a redesign and want to know what is actually wrong first.
- Your price is rising, or you are moving upmarket, and you want to see if the signals back it up.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Attach screenshots of each asset. A description is not enough, because the audit is about what the screen looks like.
- Paste your promise and who it is for. If you used the Store promise writer, paste its output.
- Read the fix list from the top. The first fixes are what the most shoppers see.
- Show the changed assets to five target shoppers for three seconds each, and ask what they remind them of.
