What it does
Supplier offers compared on the same scale, so the pick is clear and you can explain it. It weighs price against delivery, quality and the other things that decide the real cost. Give it what you need and each supplier's offer. The skill builds a weighted scoring model from your priorities, compares total cost of ownership, not just the unit price, and can use pairwise comparison to set the weights when you cannot agree on them. It adds qualification checks for finance, operations, quality and delivery. For formal bids, it scores RFP responses. Python code does the calculations.
