What it does
A learning task rebalanced so students are neither bored nor overwhelmed, leaving them focused and absorbed. You get specific changes to try in your next lesson, not general advice to motivate them. The skill uses flow theory. It checks that challenge matches skill, then looks at three more conditions: clear goals, feedback that arrives quickly, and a sense of control. If students are bored, it raises the challenge or adds a constraint. If they are anxious, it breaks the task into steps and adds support. It also suggests how to check engagement during the lesson so you can adjust on the spot. It uses the year group and what you have seen in class.

Use it when

How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
