What it does
A set of text message flows you can load into your SMS tool: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and promo sends, each with message copy and timing. It also covers WhatsApp and the plain account texts like order updates. The skill first asks about your business, list size, phone number type and where you stand on consent. Then it decides which jobs belong in SMS and which belong in email, since texts only earn their place when speed matters. It writes short messages with clear opt-out lines and checks them against consent rules, including US registration and EU differences. You get a plan for what to send, when, and how to measure it.
