What it does
Flows are the emails that send on their own, such as a welcome series or a cart reminder. They often earn about half of a store's email revenue, yet many stores run them half-built. A common fault is an "abandoned cart" flow that fires on Checkout Started, which makes it a checkout flow, so shoppers who only added to cart get nothing. This skill checks the flows you have against the core list, then checks each one's trigger, exit filters, delays, length, discount rules and settings. It only judges what you paste, so it lists what it could not see. It ranks the gaps so you fix the ones that earn most first. The source says to fix the basics before adding fancy splits.
You give it
- Your live flows, each with trigger, filters, delay and number of emails
- Revenue per flow for the last 90 days (optional)
- Whether Added to Cart is tracked in your store (optional)
- Your discount rules (optional)
- Your results (optional)
You get
- A score out of 100, with how it was worked out
- Missing core flows ranked by likely revenue
- Trigger, filter and timing errors, each with a fix
- The order to build or rework them
Use it when
- You set up your flows a while ago and have never had them reviewed.
- Your flows earn much less of your email revenue than your campaigns.
- You moved to a new email tool and want to know nothing was missed.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- List each flow with its trigger event, filters, delays and email count. A screenshot of the flow works too.
- Add revenue per flow for the last 90 days, if you have it.
- Fix the trigger faults first. They stop whole flows from firing for the right people.
- Run the check again when you have changed a flow.
