What it does
One email can look different to each reader. A block can show only to people in the US, or only to people who have not bought, or fill with the exact product someone viewed. This saves you from building two campaigns where one will do. It also makes abandonment emails work, because the reader sees what they left behind. This skill plans those blocks. It lists the customer data you hold, writes each show-hide rule with the exact value your tool needs, and plans product feeds and flows that start from apps such as reviews, loyalty and subscriptions. It also checks the cart, checkout and browse events, and plans what to do with predicted order dates. Every rule adds a test step, so it ends with a test list. The examples use Klaviyo, and the logic works in other tools with the matching triggers.
You give it
- The customer data you hold, such as country, tags, tier and loyalty points
- The apps connected to your email tool
- Your flows and the moments that matter most to your customers
- How often you restock or change your catalogue (optional)
- Your margin on a first-order discount (optional)
- Brand brain (optional)
You get
- Show-hide rules with the exact property values to use
- Product feed settings and a reusable block plan
- App-triggered flows and abandonment block settings
- A list of predictive data uses, and a test list for each rule
Use it when
- You send two campaigns that differ only in a line or two, such as shipping terms by country.
- Your cart or browse emails do not show the product the person left behind.
- You use a reviews, loyalty or subscription app and want its events to start emails.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your customer properties exactly as they appear in your email tool, plus your connected apps.
- Name the moments you care about, such as a subscription pause or a first order.
- Build one rule at a time, and preview it with real profiles before you send.
- Add the next rule only after the first one shows the right content.
