What it does
A plan for packing your boxes into the fewest trucks or containers, with a count you can trust before you book freight. A wrong container count costs a full container, so the plan is checked box by box. The skill separates facts from guesses. A lower bound from volume, weight, group size or a box that fits no way is proof. Anything else is only a search result, and it reports both numbers and the gap. It follows rules such as keeping each purchase order whole, keeping upright boxes upright, and using the gap under the roof. It then verifies every placement: each box once, no overlaps, support, weight limit, and spare room on tight loads.
You give it
- Box sizes, weights and counts
- Container size and weight limit
- Group rules, such as POs that stay together
- Which boxes must stay upright (optional)
You get
- A container count with proof
- A box-by-box packing plan
- Spare room on tight loads
- A verification check of the plan
Use it when
- You need to know how many containers to book for a shipment.
- Each purchase order must ship whole in one container.
- Some cartons must stay upright and cannot be tipped.
- A container looks over 85% full and you want to check the margin.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code.
