What it does
A strategy canvas that shows where you copy your rivals and where you could stand apart in a space with no fights. You see what to cut, what to reduce, what to raise and what to create. The skill plots your market's factors, such as price, features and service, and draws your curve against competitors. If the curves match, you are in a crowded market. It then applies the four actions framework to find changes that cut cost while raising value for buyers. It also looks at non-customers, the people who skip your category, and what would win them. It scores the strategy out of ten on five checks and lists the moves needed to improve it.
