What it does
An honest check of your strategy, telling you whether it is a real plan or a list of goals. If it is thin, you get a rebuilt version with a diagnosis, a guiding policy and actions that fit together. It uses Richard Rumelt's test for good strategy. First, a diagnosis that names the one critical challenge. Second, a guiding policy that is a real choice, one that rules things out. Third, coordinated actions with resources behind them. It scores your plan against eight checks and lists what is hollow: buzzwords, long lists of unrelated goals, and vision dressed as strategy. Then it helps you find the pivot point where effort pays off most.
