What it does

Stores pick up apps over the years. Some are dead, some copy a free tool Shopify now gives you, and some load code on your checkout that nobody has looked at in years. Every script you load runs with the full power of your page. The steps do it in two passes. First it checks each app against its cost, its use and the free built-in tools, then marks it keep, swap or cut and scores the stack. You pause to remove the cuts and save the list of scripts that each page still loads. Last it ranks those scripts and apps by risk, doubling the weight on pages with card or login fields, and writes what to remove, what keys to revoke and what widgets to move off checkout. The first step asks for your app list with monthly cost. The last step asks for the script list from…

Steps

  1. Store app stack picker: List your apps. Get keep, swap or cut for each, a vetting list and a score.
  2. Store script and app risk auditor: List the scripts, apps and packages your store loads. Get risky ones ranked, a score out of 100 and what to remove.

How to use it

  1. Download the handoff pack. It's a zip with HANDOFF.md and every skill file this workflow uses.
  2. Give the folder to Claude (in Claude Code, or as files in a Claude Project) and say "Follow HANDOFF.md".
  3. Export your reviews and email flows before you cut a review or email app. Removing one can break both.
  4. After step 1, remove the cuts, then collect the script list for the pause.
  5. Never paste passwords or API keys. The steps do not need them.
