What it does
Keyword tools tell you what strangers search for. Your inbox tells you what your buyers search for, in the exact words they use, and it is free. The question in a one-star review ("I didn't know it renewed at $49.99") is the same question someone types before buying. This prompt reads your customer words and pulls out every question, including the hidden ones inside complaints and praise. It rewrites each as a short search query with the product type instead of your brand, groups and counts them, and marks the strong ones. For each group it names the intent and the page that answers it, checks against your page list to find the gaps, and picks the first five to write. It also tells you which topics never came up, so you know where the input is thin.
You give it
- Reviews, tickets, chats and comments, as written
- A list of your pages with what each covers (advised)
- What you sell and to whom (optional)
You get
- Every question found, traced to a quoted source line
- Grouped search queries with counts, intent and page type
- Have, partly or gap against your pages, and the first five to write
Use it when
- You want to write pages people will find and do not know where to start.
- Your support inbox is full of the same questions and your site answers none of them.
- You have no budget for keyword tools and a folder full of reviews.
How to use it
- Copy the prompt, then paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini with your customer words under it.
- Add your page list so gaps can be marked.
- Read the STRONG groups marked GAP. Those are your first pages.
- Write the first five, then run it again next quarter with new tickets.
